Works councils at TU Wien

At TU Wien, two works councils represent the interests of employees: one for General University Staff and one for Academic and Artistic Staff.

Works council members are your elected representatives and provide support with concerns and questions regarding topics such as labor law, company agreements, conflicts and harassment, performance reviews, unequal treatment, and much more.

The Works Council for General University Staff represents civil servants, contract employees, privately employed staff, project staff, interns, and apprentices.

The Works Council for Academic and Artistic University Staff represents the interests of tutors, student employees, project assistants, assistants, lecturers, and professors.
