TU Wien is a cosmopolitan university and is part of a global network of postsecondary science and education.
Internationalisation increases the quality of research, teaching and services and is therefore actively embodied at TU Wien.
Almost a third of students and scientific staff do have an international background. Another visible sign of embodied internationality is TU Wien´s successful participation in international higher education and research programmes and international cooperations, as well as its presence in multilateral university networks.
