A Bachelor's Programme is a scientific education in which you acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a specific subject area.

Bachelor's Programmes at TU Wien last 6 semesters and are generally held in German. The programmes conclude with the academic title Bachelor of Science (BSc), which enables you to work in your field or to pursue a subsequent Master's Programme.

Information on the Admission Procedures and the Programme Preparation and Reflexion Phase can be found on the respective information page.

You have to obtain at least 16 ECTS credits in every bachelor’s programme within four semesters.

This applies

  • to all programmes to which you are admitted since the winter semester of 2022/2023
