Proposers' Day@TU Wien - WWTF-Call Environmental Systems Research: Urban Environments 2020
At this information event, this call will be presented by Elisabeth Nagl, Msc (WWTF) and space will be created for questions regarding submission modalities. You will also gain insight into a best-practice example from ESR Call 2017 "The influence of Giardia spp. as a reference pathogen in urban water systems." presented by Julia Drex, PhD, TU Wien and Silvia Cervero-Arago, PhD, MedUni Wien.
With this call WWTF wants to fund research projects which examine the urban environment in a holistic way with its physical, chemical, hydrological, biological, social, technological and/ or economic processes and especially the interactions between these various components. The projects should tackle societal highly relevant questions in the field of environmental systems research in urban environments and bring together researchers from different scientific disciplines in order to foster interactive partnerships across the Vienna Region. Interdisciplinarity is highly emphasized.
