Networking Event With Deborah Ruggieri

Zwei weibliche Vortragende mit Publikum

On June 6th 2025, the Prechtlsaal at TU Wien became a space full of energy, inspiration, and empowerment. The Leadership Talk&Discussion for Women in Science brought together dedicated students, researchers, and members of various women’s networks at TU Wien — united by a shared goal: to strengthen visibility, confidence, and leadership among women* in academia.

Led by the inspiring coach Deborah Ruggieri, the event offered not only valuable insights and expertise but also lasting motivation. Her talk sparked open discussions, personal reflection, and a powerful sense of community among participants.

What stood out most was the energy in the room — participants left the workshop uplifted, empowered, and walking tall. The atmosphere was filled with mutual support, fresh perspectives, and a clear message: We are many – and we are ready to lead.

The closing get-together offered the perfect opportunity to connect across TU Wien’s women’s networks and carry the momentum forward into future collaborations.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who took part – we’re already looking forward to more inspiring moments to come!
