I am an assistant professor in the Computational Statistics Research Unit at TU Wien. My research focuses on innovative, interpretable, and reproducible applications of statistical learning and
artificial intelligence in high-dimensional and multivariate settings, with core interests in computational science, high-dimensional data analysis, and multivariate regression modeling.

I have has served as Principal Investigator on multiple scientific projects including the development of multivariate ordinal regression models for credit risk assessment, computational techniques for detecting gender bias in children’s books, and high-dimensional statistical learning with applications to sustainability.

I currently serve as a Reproducibility Editor for the Journal of Statistical Software and I am strongly committed to open and reproducible science.
