As part of the E.V.A. educational outreach project, the class immerses itself in the world of innovative technical research. Students aged 12 and older (preferably in grades 6–8 of high school or middle school) explore the ways engineers think and work by addressing a series of questions:

  • How is scientific research conducted at TU Wien, and where is it applied?
  • What should be considered once innovative solutions and insights have been developed?
  • What sets engineers who studied at TU Wien apart?
  • What is the mindset of engineers, and what drives them?

Details about the pilot event in June 2026 are provided below. The project is expected to continue in the fall of 2026; you can always find the latest information on this page.
