  • Build your soft skills: mentees get to build and practice soft skills such as active listening, communication, leadership, empathy, problem-solving, cultural awareness, facilitation, and more in a real-life setting.

Submit your application by November 22, 2026.

Mentees are required to submit their application exclusively via the formal application form.

  1. Go to the application form and fill in your details
  2. Complete all questions on the form
  3. Submit the form

After the application period ends, you will receive an email from the P2P DOC team with details about the next steps.

Timeline for mentees

Timeline for the P2P DOC Mentorship Program

The P2P DOC program usually runs from October to April. In addition to meetings between mentors and mentees, the P2P DOC program also includes informal feedback sessions with the P2P DOC team.

  • In-person Kick-Off Event including matching of mentors and mentees –  Tuesday, January 26, 2027 | 10:00-13:00h
  • 10 individual Mentor-Mentee Meetings: in person or virtually; based on preference and availability
  • In-person P2P DOC Get-Together with all mentors and mentees
  • Virtual Mentee Check-In with P2P DOC Team
  • In-person P2P DOC Celebration with all mentors and mentees –  Tuesday, June 15, 2027 | 10:00-13:00h
