"Centralized Technical Support for Teaching" is a unified service desk for all teaching related technical or facility management requests at TU Wien. You can reach us by calling our Hotline (01 58801) 40040 (Monday through Friday form 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Our online helpdesk, opens an external URL in a new window is available around the clock.
There are numerous challenges that professors and teachers have to overcome when working at TU Wien. With many problems, especially technical difficulties, it can be hard to find out who to contact for help. That is why, as a part of "project eTUcation", a centralized service desk for technical and infrastructural problems was created. Teachers and teaching assistants can now call a universal hotline and submit all their requests via a single e-mail address. This centralized first level support desk offers quick and easy help for all matters regarding technical problems and facility managment at TU Wien.
If your problem cannot be solved by our first level support team, it is handed off to the relevant experts within the organizational units (departments). You will be informed once the issue has been resolved.
This unified service desk allows us to collect data for centralized reporting, creating the basis for future infrastructural improvements and workflow optimizations through better asset management.
