Single crystal growing furnace - Tetra Arc

Material with a high melting point is melted in the Tetra Arc furnace by four discharging electric arcs. The single crystals are obtained by the Czochralski method.

Vacuum coating systems - sputtering system

The material to be deposited (from sputter target) is atomized by bombardment with plasma ions and converted into gas phase. This particle vapor condenses on the substrate to be coated as an thin, firmly adhering layer.
