Our Institute

The Institute of Mechanics and Mechatronics is assigned to the Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the TU Wien. It is engaged in the analysis, synthesis and optimization of mechanical and mechatronic systems, in research and teaching. We are very successful in the area of fundamental research and applied research (industry cooperation), and the Institute employs about 50 people.
