Who, what, how?

Welcome to the overview of fem*MA! As a unit we want to achieve as much as possible an that's exactly why we constructed and established the following structure:

The core team consists of our leading team and the representatives of the working groups. The leading team includes the scientific board and our coordinator. The idea behind the three-person scientific management team is to ensure that all three mathematical institutes are represented, thereby ensuring that fem*MA is well positioned and visible in every area. This body is elected every three years.

The core group meets regularly to exchange ideas and make decisions, which keeps our large meetings compact and focused.
