The Analytical Instrumentation Center (AIC), founded in 2013 under the then Vice Rector Univ.Prof. DI Dr. J. Fröhlich, opens an external URL in a new window, is one of TU Wien's research facility centers, opens in new window, which are subordinated to the Vice Rectorate for Research and Innovation, opens in new window with its Vice Rector Univ.Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. P. Ertl, opens an external URL in a new window. It is administrated and headed by Dipl.-Chem. Dr. A. Foelske, opens an external URL in a new window.

The head of the AIC is the contact for internal and external inquires and is pleased to find or refer you to a qualified expert or the person who is in charge of the suitable equipment. The AIC's steering committee serves as a cross-faculty information platform for the central facility, in which the equipment managing groups meet regularly.
