Outsourcing

Outsourcing is still an important strategy for companies and FM departments. Even though FM does not equal outsourcing, outsourcing is an important method within FM. Many services such as cleaning, safety and winter service are outsourced. The IFM analysis e.g. the number of external service providers under contract in the FM sector and the outsourced FM services. Also the selection criteria for external service providers were analyzed. In addition the possibilities of the federal procurement laws were analyzed to define possibilities (single service versus full service contracts) and master evaluation criteria for the selection of service providers.

So we can provide best practice on quality oriented outsourcing in the private and public sector.
