Report form for the appraisal interview
As a direct leader, you must offer an appraisal interview to all employees in your organizational unit once per calendar year. Please complete and submit the following report form for your organizational unit once per calendar year, by the end of December at the latest.
The entry of the data must be confirmed and approved by the person whose mail address is entered so that it is also sent to HR Development.
