Please note:

The Service Unit of Student and Staff Exchange Services provides advice and support to international students already studying or intending to study at TU Wien in the framework of international mobility programmes (e.g. Erasmus, Joint Study, etc.).

Orientation Session for Exchange Students – Summer Semester 2026

The sessions for SS 2026 will take place in February:

Monday, 02/02/2026; 13:30 - 14:30; Room: Hörsaal AE U1 - 1
Monday, 09/02/2026; 13:30 - 14:30; Room: Hörsaal AE U1 - 1
Monday, 16/02/2026; 10:30 - 11:30; Room: Hörsaal AE U1 - 1
Monday, 23/02/2026; 10:30 - 11:30; Room: Hörsaal AE U1 - 1

Exchange students must take part in one of the sessions to complete the enrollment and to start the Mobility Period.

A registration is not needed to join the session; just come in with an identification document.

If you are prevented from participating to one of the sessions, please email to exchangein@tuwien.ac.at.
