Discover the world of newspapers and magazines with PressReader

PressReader is a service that provides students at TU Wien with unlimited access to over 7,000 digital newspapers and magazines from around the world.

PressReader, opens an external URL in a new window offers a wide selection of current and archived publications (up to 365 days back), including many well-known titles in fields like "Computers and Technology" or "Design." These specialized magazines can help support and inspire students in their studies or projects.

To use the service, users must connect via the TU Wien VPN and access PressReader through the library website. The service is available through the TU Wien VPN, with the option "2_All tunneled" selected at login. No additional registration is required when accessing the PressReader website while on campus. Exciting Content for Everyone

PressReader also offers various filtering options, allowing publications to be sorted by language, country, and category. Users can save search queries and set alerts for new content. Favorite publications can be saved, and notifications for new issues are available.

Additional Features in the App

Using the PressReader app unlocks even more features, such as creating bookmarks, building a personalized news feed, or commenting on articles. These features require registration within the app.
