SYMPOSIUM

People and machines. Visions of our digital future.

29 October 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Machines have long been an essential part of our everyday lives. What is new is that we are now increasingly interacting with them – for example, we give our smartphones commands or speak to our robot vacuum cleaners. It is all the more important to reflect critically on these interactions. What does it mean to live with robots? What does artificial intelligence actually know? And what happens to our digital footprints?
