New Publication

Coupled terahertz quantum cascade wire lasers

In our recent paper published in Applied Physics Letters, we present flip-chip integrated terahertz quantum cascade wire laser arrays.
This integration method leads to significant performance improvements in our THz QCLs.
Furthermore, the individual electrical control of each array element allows us to study coupling effects in these devices.
