Green Chemistry is a jointly established English-language Master's program between the University of Vienna, the TU Wien and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna.

Program contents Green Chemistry

Modern society faces the great challenge of ensuring that a steadily growing population is equally supplied with energy, food, medicines, and everyday necessities without continuing to place an excessive burden on the environment. At the same time, the emission of greenhouse gases must be reduced in order to curb climate change.
The development of new chemical substances and methods can make a major contribution to solving all these complex problems. To do this, however, it is essential to follow the principles of green chemistry while also taking into account the broader consequences of change in their application in order to generate innovations in the interests of sustainable development.

A selection procedure is carried out PRIOR to admission
