Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission

To submit an abstract, please fill in the following form. Please use the provided abstract template (Word, opens an external URL in a new window or PDF, opens an external URL in a new window), export your abstract as a PDF and upload this PDF version.

Oral presentations will be selected from abstracts indicating the preference "talk" submitted before January 5, 2026. All other contributions as well as abstracts submitted after January 5, 2026 will be presented as posters. The final programme will be published before January 31, 2026.

Poster sessions will be preceded by poster introductions, where authors will have the opportunity to orally present highlights of their work as a 2-minute commercial. More information on this poster introdcution session will be provided to presenting authors before the conference.
