Last week, our team headed up to the Voisthalerhütte in Styria for a retreat.

We started with a hike from Seewiesen — the weather smiled on us on the way up, and tested our teamwork with rain and fog on the way back down. With a mix of enthusiastic amateurs and experienced mountain marathon runners, it was inspiring to see how everyone supported one another, whether climbing up steep paths or making sure no one slipped on the way down.

In the evening, the challenge shifted indoors: building paper bridges. Lots of laughter and a fun way to learn and get creative together.

Fresh air, teamwork, and some good memories were made.
