Our team continues to grow!

We are delighted to welcome Valentin Zelger to our research unit!

Valentin completed his master's degree in civil engineering at Technische Universität Wien, specializing in structural engineering. He has already written his thesis on the research unit on the topic of post-crack fatigue behavior of supercritical steel fiber reinforced concrete. Between October 2024 and October 2025, he gained valuable practical experience during his studies at the KRAPFENBAUER zt gmbh, where he was involved in the structural analysis of reinforced concrete and steel structures in building construction.

Valentin likes to spend his free time in the mountains . “I am very much looking forward to the new challenge and am very happy to be part of this team.”
