Apply for the ESEP2022 - The Engineering Summer Education Program offered by the University of Tokyo

ESEP (Engineering Summer Education Program) will be held from June 27 to August 5, 2022, for students of partner institutes/Universitites.

This program offers top-class students a short-term research experience in the basic and translational sciences in world-leading laboratories at UTokyo.

Regardless of the number of applicants, any eligible student wishing to participate can apply as an individual through UTokyo's online system.

5.Special conditions regarding COVID-19

The in-person part of the program will be cancelled if Japan’s travel restrictions

and quarantine measures due to the influence of COVID-19 are still in effect as of March 15, 2022.

There will be no postponement nor re-opening.
