With the TU Wien Signaturbox, you can now sign PDF documents legally and electronically with your ID Austria directly in SAP Services, opens an external URL in a new window. The documents to be signed remain at TU Wien, and other employees can also be included in the workflow. Delivery takes place directly to the SAP Services Inbox.
In line with this, an ID Austria Service Day will take place on Monday, September 22, 2025, in the Finance Department (Argentinierstraße 8, 1st floor). This offers the opportunity to register for ID Austria directly at TU Wien.
Those interested can visit the ID Austria service stand between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Interested employees and students should bring the following with them:
- An Austrian passport or identity card
- A smartphone
- Non-Austrian citizens also need a registration form (Meldezettel)
- A passport photo is required if no photo is stored in the system, for example in a passport, identity card, e-card, or similar documents. The photo must meet passport photo criteria.
