ID-Austria Service Day at TU Wien – Monday, 22 September 2025

Take the opportunity to register for ID Austria directly at TU Wien. Bring your passport or ID card and a smartphone.

On Monday, 22 September 2025, an ID Austria Service Day will take place at our premises at Argentinierstraße 8, 1st floor. Registration for ID Austria usually takes less than 10 minutes.

Visitors can come to the ID Austria service desk between 09:00 and 12:00 and 13:00 and 15:00. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Staff, students, and faculty should bring the following:

an Austrian passport or ID card
a smartphone

Non-Austrian citizens need to bring a registration certificate (Meldezettel) and are welcome.

A passport photo is required if no photo is stored in the system, for example in a passport, ID card, E-Card, or similar documents. The photo must not be older than six months.
