facts & figures
Gender-specific prepared databases allow statements to be made about the real situation of women and men. In this way, subjective assessments on the composition of students and the study success of various groups can be made. In addition, these data allow for conclusions on implicit hierarchies and exclusion mechanisms, and create a basis for argument for changes in the area of gender parity and gender fairness.
There is an overview provided below with the proportion of women among students over the last few years, as well as the ratios between men and women in the TU Wien staff. Detailed evaluations can be found here: yearly reports/Women and men at TU Wien.
