Requesting access

Information on requesting access to your personal data at TU Wien as per article 15 et seqq. of the GDPR:

According to articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), ‘data subjects’ have the right to access and also correct, delete, restrict and transfer the processed personal data relating to them.
If you have a data protection request, please fill out the form below. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.

Once the request has been received, the TU Wien data protection officer will gather and process the information required together with the data protection coordinator and the data protection contact persons of the relevant faculty and/or the Rector’s Office.

According to articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR, ‘data subjects’ have the right to access the processed personal data relating to them. In addition, you also have the right to correct, delete, restrict processing and data portability, as well as the right to object.

If you wish to access (or correct, delete or restrict) your data, please fill out as much of the form below as you can. Incomplete requests for access cannot be processed.

Once the request for access has been received, the TU Wien data protection officer will gather and process the information required together with the data protection coordinators of the relevant faculty and/or the Rector’s Office.

When all questions have been answered, these are sent to the person requesting information.
