TU Wien lies in the heart of the city, and due to good traffic connections is the ideal eventlocation for Conferences, seminars, concerts, exhibitons, honors, presentations, workshops and many other types of events.

The tasks of the Service Unit of Event Services and Lecture Hall Support include the room coordination for events held at the TU Wien, as well as the set-up of furnishing and technical infrastructure. If you are interested in renting our rooms please send us your inquiry via the online - form, opens an external URL in a new window at least four weeks before the event. After a processing time of up to two weeks we will send you a permit, if the room is available.
