Science Award TU Wien

The Science Award of the Vienna University of Technology is intended to give young researchers the opportunity to plan their research in the longer term and to a large extent financially secure. Project leaders should qualify for a leadership position in the science system through autonomous development and leadership of a working group.
The prize, endowed with € 500,000, was put out to tender for the first time in 2010, the other tenders take place every two years.
