Neues Lehrpersonal mit Ausnahme der Lehrbeauftragten, idealerweise vor Beginn der Lehrtätigkeit, jedoch spätestens bis Ende des 12. Monats nach Dienstbeginn
Interessent_innen für den hochschuldidaktischen Zertifikatslehrgang (Die Absolvierung der Basisausbildung gilt als Voraussetzung für die Lehrgangsteilnahme)

Ziele:

Nach Besuch der Veranstaltung sind die Teilnehmer_innen in der Lage, ...

ihre Lehrveranstaltung auf der Grundlage des Constructive Alignments zu planen.
das eigene Lehrveranstaltungskonzept nach didaktischen Prinzipien zu gestalten.
Lernergebnisse zu formulieren.
zum Lehrveranstaltungskonzept passende Arten der Leistungsüberprüfung auszuwählen.
kompetenzorientierte Prüfungsaufgaben zu entwickeln.
Qualitätsmerkmale der akademischen Lehre zu nennen.
unterschiedliche Methoden der Hochschuldidaktik in der Lehre anzuwenden.
ihre Rolle als Lehrperson für nachhaltige Lernprozesse kritisch zu reflektieren.

Constructive Alignment
Grundlegende Konzepte, Prozesse und Methoden der Hochschuldidaktik
Qualitätsmerkmale der akademischen Lehre
Reflexion der eigenen Rolle als Lehrperson
Formatives und summatives Assessment
Semesterplanung

Methoden:

Inputphasen, um didaktische Grundlagen zu erwerben
Interaktive Phasen, um didaktische Konzepte in Lehrveranstaltungsentwürfe zu integrieren
Arbeit in Kleingruppen
Diskussionen
