The commercial law firm Bischof Zorn + Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, opens an external URL in a new window has now presented the BZP Award for the fourth time at the MSc Real Estate Investment & Valuation graduation ceremony.

With this award, the law firm honours the master's thesis that particularly stands out in the field of real estate law. The award is endowed with €3,000. The award will be presented by Guido Zorn, MSc Partner at Bischof Zorn + Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH. Guido Zorn, MSc, is himself a graduate of the 2011 course and, therefore knows from his own experience how challenging a part-time degree program can be.

The BZP Award was presented on 30 November 2023 to Anna Konopka, MSc, who works for the Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft. The prize was awarded for her master's thesis on "Legal and appraisal aspects of condominium ownership as building lease”., opens an external URL in a new window

Finally, Mr Zorn, MSc, congratulated all the graduates and wished them all the best for the future. Especially in the current turbulent times in the property sector, he believes that the graduates are well-equipped thanks to the professional expertise they have gained and their good network.
