Stays abroad during a course of study enables budding academics to gain additional competence and develop their personality.

Applications are reviewed by the Dean of Academic Affairs, the allocation is based on the academic success of the applicant.

ERASMUS and TASSEP scholarships are very popular among our students, below you can find information regarding ERASMUS, TASSEP, Cooperations and Exchange Programmes. Current Information regarding additional Programmes (Marshall Plan Foundation, CEEPUS etc.) is offered at the International Office.

JASEC - Japan Austria Science Exchange Center

Additionally to consultation for research cooperations the Japan Austria Science Exchange Center, opens an external URL in a new window offers scholarships for exchange students als well as language courses for the stay in Japan.

The ASEAN European Academic University Network (ASEA-UNINET) is a network of universities, consisting of European and South-East Asian universities with the goal of promoting the continuous internationalization of education and research. ASEA-UNINET was founded in 1994 by universities from Austria, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam as Austrian-South-East Asian University Network and consists today of more than 80 universities from 18 different countries.
