Job Description

In process support you are responsible for the development and release of new manufacturing processes, e.g. evaluation of suitable probe cards for contacting and concepts for handling SiC (silicon carbide) wafers.
You are responsible for the development of a wafer level burn-in process and the evaluation of a corresponding equipment. Your goal is to release the process and the equipment for series production of SiC.
As process engineer:in SiC you will monitor the process yield and take actions for continuous improvement in collaboration with the SE team.
