Leadership in Motion – A Program for Effective Leadership in Times of Change
Because leadership in turbulent times cannot rely on recipes—but on attitude.
Whether in the economy, society, or organizations: The world is in motion. Those who lead today must make decisions under pressure, provide orientation in uncertainty, and simultaneously create spaces for development. It is precisely in such times that leadership is not shown in titles—but in impact.
We work with realistic cases from the world of flight simulators or the military, where decisions under stress are trained. These scenarios enable you to test your own responsiveness—and systematically increase your action confidence.
Our three-part leadership program is aimed at decision-makers who want to develop exactly that: personal resilience, strategic clarity, and organizational design power. In three compact modules (each 3 days, Thu–Sat), you will experience leadership on multiple levels—personally, in the team, and in the organization.
Each module can be booked individually—in combination, they create a development path with depth, relevance, and impact.
Why? Because we believe in the power of cross-industry learning: The best solutions often arise when perspectives meet. Therefore, the focus is on the exchange of experiences—across silos, industries, and experiential worlds. Bridges are built here: between people, between theory and practice, between reflection and implementation.
How do you lead when nothing is plannable anymore? This intensive module strengthens your personal decision-making and reflection competence—based on a sustainable leadership model that provides orientation in complex situations. In realistic scenarios, you will learn to act effectively under pressure—with clarity, responsibility, and personal strength.
How does leadership succeed under pressure? This module offers leaders an experiential and practice-oriented approach to central leadership competencies in complex and dynamic situations. The focus is on effective communication, decision-making under uncertainty, and the design of resilient teams in resilient systems.
The unique aspect of this module: The practical implementation of the theoretical content takes place in an Airbus A320 flight simulator.
Inspired by the Military: Leadership as the Art of Letting Go
In complex situations, many leaders tend to tighten control. Yet, it is often far more effective in such moments to share responsibility and let go. In the military – an environment marked by extreme uncertainty – clear and well-tested leadership principles have been developed to do exactly that. How do you shape change? This module focuses on organizational development and change management. You will learn how to design systems and enable change processes effectively.
