If you would like to start your studies at TU Wien, you will need extensive information about the planned admission procedures and deadlines: Since winter semester 2019/2020, there are either selection procedures (limited places) or a study preparation and reflection phase (Studien-VoR-Phase) for self-orientation for all bachelor programmes at TU Wien.
Depending on which study programme you are interested in, the Online Registration includes the registration for the selection procedure, the aptitude assessment procedure (Studien-VoR-Phase) or, in the case of the studies without selection/aptitude procedure, simply the pre-registration.
The selection procedures have separate registration deadlines. For all other programmes, the Online Registration is open from the start of the general admission period. Once completed the Online Registration and the selection procedure/aptitude assessment, you will receive in your registration account an admission code. With this admission code and all other documents required for admission you come to the Admission Office in person to complete the enrollment within the admission period and during the opening hours. Starting with the winter semester 2020/2021 you have to make online an appointment in the Admission Office for the enrolment in person at the end of the Online-Registration.
