The exams you have taken will automatically be allocated to the examination subjects there, and you have the opportunity to change and add to these allocations. Unusual allocations and allocations of other universities’ examinations will be completed during your visit to the Dean’s Office.

Once the courses have been allocated successfully, please bring the following documents to the Dean’s Office during office hours to apply for graduation:

Where applicable, Changeover allocation (PDF), opens a file in a new window - for long-term students who, when they started the course, were using an older syllabus (must already be signed by the Dean of Studies at the time of submission)

The degree documents (certificate, notification, diploma supplement) will only be issued after graduation has been applied for at the Dean’s Office, and are usually ready to collect within 2 - 3 weeks.

As soon as graduation has been confirmed by the Dean’s Office and entered in TISS, you can either enrol for your continuing study at master level in person, or simply send an e-mail to the Department for Studies and Examinations.
