Registration for HMM 2023 is open from March 1, 2023 to April 30, 2023, and should be done using the HMM registration system, opens an external URL in a new window (you need to create an account, which you already have if you have submitted an abstract).

The following registration fees applies:

*Student rate attendees (undergraduate or PhD students, no postdocs) might be requested to provide a proof of their student status (e.g., student ID or a letter by the head of their department) upon registration.

Payment of the registration fee is possible by credit card or bank transfer.

The student/regular registration fee includes:

• the welcome reception in Vienna City Hall (Sunday evening, June 4, 2023),
• the admission to all scientific sessions of HMM 2023,
• conference material, room setup, and use of audio/visual equipment,
• the coffee breaks made available during the event,
• the conference dinner in a typical Viennese restaurant (Tuesday, June 6, 2023).

The registration fee for accompanying person includes:

• the welcome reception in Vienna City Hall (Sunday evening, June 4, 2023),
• the conference dinner in a typical Viennese restaurant (Tuesday, June 6, 2023).

Participants affiliated with TU Wien must contact the local organizers at hmm2023@asc.tuwien.ac.at before paying the registration fee as special rules apply for TU-internal money transfers (so-called "Innerbetriebliche Verrechnung").

The deadline for the early-bird fee is on March 31, 2023.

The deadline for completing the registration procedure is on April 30, 2023.

Invitation letters

Participants in need of an invitation letter (e.g., to apply for a visa) should contact the local organizers at hmm2023@asc.tuwien.ac.at providing all the information that should appear on the letter. Please note that letters of invitation will be sent only to registered conference attendees and/or presenting authors of an abstract that has been officially accepted for presentation.
