The conference will take place at the Campus Gußhaus of TU Wien (Gußhausstraße 25-29, 1040 Vienna).
Precise information about the conference hall for the plenary lectures and the seminar rooms for minisymposia and contributed talks can be found in the conference program (PDF), opens a file in a new window.
All CMAM participants are expected to arrange their own travel and accommodation independently. We recommend booking the hotel well in advance. Although Vienna offers a large number of hotel rooms in all categories, there is also a significant demand for rooms over the summer months.
- For instance, you can try Booking.com,
- Or you can do a hotel search on Google maps.
- The conference venue is well connected to the underground lines U1 (red), U2 (purple), and U4 (green); see Vienna map.
- In particular, you may find cheaper rooms near Vienna main station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), which is well connected to the underground line U1 as well as within 20-minute walking distance from the conference venue
Be careful of scams!
We have been made aware of very convincing scams that are focusing on scientific conferences and workshops. Participants may be contacted by email/phone by companies to arrange accommodation for this conference. This usually includes a request to enter credit card information. Please note that TU Wien is the only institution organizing CMAM 2022 and no company has been authorized to arrange the accommodation of CMAM participants. In particular, the CMAM organizers will never contact you requesting credit card details. If you are contacted by such companies, please let the organizers know as soon as possible.
