START: The digital job offer workflow starts, after the necessary check/approval, with a personnel planning number (PPNR) in insight (please contact your Dean's Office/VR for this).
REQUEST: Once your PPNR has been approved by the Dean's Office/VR, the job offer request passes through all the necessary roles in TISS – Job advertisement, opens an external URL in a new window.
PUBLICATION: Once all the necessary roles have been contacted digitally, an automatic interface transmission takes place to eR and you will receive an job offer confirmation from the Application Management Service Unit with all further helpful information needed for your application management process.
