Philipp Smula and Armin Achtsnit, alumni of the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education, have brought the Norwegian concept to Austria.

"Bestellerprinzip" requires adjustments in the real estate business

The "Bestellerprinzip", a fundamental change in the real estate industry, requires brokers to break new ground.
