Eureduc, opens an external URL in a new windowis a basic education program for real estate agents and property managers. This program is offered to universities, colleges and vocational training institutes. The TU Wien is also a member of Eureduc.

CEPI, opens an external URL in a new window, the organization behind Eureduc, was founded in Brussels in 1990 and is the "European Association of Real Estate Professions". The harmonization of the European single market requires compatible education systems so that one can work across borders.

Education is the most important task of CEPI: academic education, vocational training and ongoing education.

Nicole Oblinger graduated from the Academy for Continuing Education at the TU Wien with an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Valuation and has now spent some time in Brussels with CEPI.

She describes the experience in Brussels as unique: living in a foreign city and the opportunity to get an international perspective on the real estate industry. On top of that, of course, you have plenty of networking opportunities.
