HR Process Management is tasked with coordinating and ensuring ongoing SAP operations within the HR Administration Service Department, implementing & maintaining electronic HR business processes, digitalisation of existing HR Processes and supporting the Vice Rectorate Human Resources in matters relating to HR cost planning.

Payroll Accounting’s central tasks include, in equal measure, the timely and correct payment of salaries for employees of TU Wien (excluding only civil service employees who are paid via the data processing centre) and the process of statutory reporting to the appropriate tax authorities.
