Workshop on RDM in the Social Sciences

Do you occasionally conduct surveys or do you generally work with social science methods? Then you might be interested in the online workshop "Good research needs good data" on 9.3.2021.

The organisers of this webinar from the series "Research Data Management in Austria" are the RepManNet, opens an external URL in a new window, the FAIR Data Austria, opens an external URL in a new window project, the Open Science Network Austria, opens an external URL in a new window (OANA) and AUSSDA – The Austrian Social Science Data Archive, opens an external URL in a new window.

The agenda covers research data management basics, challenges, support services and data management plans in the social sciences. The trainers will present common questions from researchers about RDM in practice and the services that AUSSDA - The Austrian Social Science Data Archive offers for the empirical social sciences. Based on examples, the benefits of data management plans as an instrument and tool along the entire research cycle will be illustrated in a practical manner.

There will also be time for your questions.
