Workshop " The secretarial hub - an appreciation of the role for the future"

They are the experts in the secretariats and in administrative roles at TU Wien. They keep track of everything, are the information hub and contact point for all kinds of questions. Not only the experiences of the pandemic have shown how important the role of the secretariats is in the respective OUs.

However, the role of the "secretary of the past" has changed significantly over the years, also due to the numerous new digital demands on the profession. Together with colleagues from the secretariats, we would like to shed light on precisely this understanding of the role, especially with a view to the digital competences of tomorrow. We will work together on topics, but the exchange among each other and networking should not be neglected. And to keep your concentration (and your mood) up, we will provide some snacks and refreshments.
