Winner of the "Women in Leadership" scholarship for the MBA Digital Transformation & Change Management

The Women in Leadership partial scholarship for the first Innovation, Digitalization & Entrepreneurship of the TU Wien was awarded to Mag. Sarah Radloff.

The Continuing Education Center of the Vienna University of Technology strives to support women and their professional advancement. For the upcoming program start in May 2021, a Women in Leadership scholarship has been announced for female managers with a strong profile and high motivation.

On March 31, 2021, the hearing for the Women in Leadership Scholarship took place online. Ms. Radloff was able to convince the jury (Academic Direcor Assoc. Prof. Mag. Michael Filzmoser, PhD and MMag. Catherina Purrucker) of her qualifications and motivation for participating in the MBA course.

Ms. Radloff studied psychology at the University of Vienna. She has been working in the field of IT change management for more than 9 years. With this MBA program, she would like to deepen her understanding of technological trends as well as business processes in order to meet current and future challenges in the areas of digital transformation & change management.
