A position for a project assistant at the Institute of Transportation, Research Unit for Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering is available from 01.09.2023 with an employment level of 30 hours per week.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is currently EUR 2,457.98 gross (14xyearly).

Prerequisite:
Degree in civil engineering and at least one year's experience

Temporary employment: until 31.08.2024 with option of extension

Your tasks:

• Collaboration on traffic concepts, traffic planning projects and research projects
• Processing of traffic engineering reports
• Participate, facilitate and lead meetings with communities

Our requirements:

• Interest and experience in the field of traffic planning, traffic concepts, traffic engineering, road design, mobility management and mobility research
• Knowledge of industry-standard software (Office, AutoCAD, GIS)
• very good knowledge of presentation techniques
• excellent German and English language skills are required
• ability to work independently
• reliable and committed personality
• ability to communicate and work in a team
