My personal benefit from the program was on the one hand a real push of my career, on the other hand I could build up good relationships with colleagues in all areas of the automotive industry.

What comes to your mind when you think about the program? What were the highlights?

If I think about the program, first comes in my mind that I was really impressed about the high standard and actuality of the information, brought directly from top managers out of the automotive industry.  As I had a big step forward in my career after that program, secondly I am a bit thoughtful if I should have done the program earlier.

How is your career developing after the MBA program?

I work for Continental Automotive since 2006, responsible as Project Manager and started the MBA program to take over more responsibility, especially leading and developing people.

Right after I finished the program, I took over the position as Head of Laboratory Vienna in November 2017 and was responsible for 14 employees. After the founding Osram-Continental in Vienna, I became the Head of department Cross Function System Testing with 17 employees in July 2018. Continental Automotive reacted to the global automotive situation and started 2020 a new, central R&D organization cross over all disciplines. In this new organization, I got the chance to take over a global role as Head of Equipment and Manufacturing Platform for Europe with 4 leader and 50 employees in 6 locations under my responsibility.
