TCH Shared Desk Workspace
Dear Faculty Members,
In the newly constructed BF building section, our faculty has access to modern, shared desk workspaces. These are located in four office rooms in the BF02 and BF03 areas and offer a total of 38 workspaces. All faculty staff can reserve these workspaces on a daily or weekly basis through our online booking system.

Please note that we are currently in a beta testing phase with the booking system. Feedback can be sent to shared.office@tuwien.ac.at.
The rooms are located in building section BF on floors 02 and 03.

All rooms are equipped with:
- height-adjustable desks
- a meeting area for 4 people
- lockers
- Additionally, BF02G04 and BF03G04 feature an online meeting area with a monitor, camera, and speaker system.

Booking process
Step 1:

Step 2:
Workspace - Selection and Booking:
- Choose a room
- Define the date and duration of the booking
- Select an available desk
- Confirm the booking
A reservation confirmation will be automatically sent by email.
In the "My Reservations" field, existing reservations can be canceled.
Step 3: Confirm Workspace Check-In
All Desks are equipped with a QR code; please scan it to confirm your check-in. Check-in must be completed by 11:00; otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled.
