High-ranking visitor at the X-ray center!

Prof. Dan Shechtman, opens an external URL in a new window from the Isreal Insitute of Technology (TECHNION), opens an external URL in a new window visited the X-ray Center today as part of his stay in Vienna.

Prof. Shechtman was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2011 for the discovery of quasiperiodic crystals.
