EURS Seminar in Brussels

Between November 22 and 23, the EURS seminar "Institutional Investment in Urban Housing Markets: Global Trends, Local Manifestations and the State" took place in Brussels.

Contributions on current developments in various European cities were presented and discussed. Among other things, a working paper on institutional investors in the Viennese rental housing market was presented by Selim Banabak (SRF), Justin Kadi (Cambridge) and Leonhard Plank (IFIP).

The program also included a city tour and a workshop dinner with local delicacies and Belgian beer.
